Building a new house can be daunting. With our team of experienced designers, project managers and carpenters, KBUILD makes it as seamless as possible, from the first sketch with your architect to the day you move in. We build luxury custom homes across West and South St. Louis County and St. Charles County.

How does KBUILD build a custom home?

We start by meeting with you and your architect (we can recommend one) to design a home that fits your specifications and budget. Once drawings are complete, we price your project with our direct subcontractor and vendor pricing plus a flat management fee. You make every selection in our St. Peters showroom, our own crews build it, and twice a month you receive a payout statement detailing every invoice due, with all lien waivers collected for you.

Make it stand out

Then the fun begins in our showroom! Select your favorite hardwood, tile, cabinets and every other detail to complete your home. We make every selection here in our St. Peters showroom, with the exception of appliances.

As your project moves forward, you’ll work with our friendly staff and talented carpenters, with open-book billing from start to finish. We pass our direct subcontractor and vendor pricing straight to you, with no markups, and charge a flat management fee. Twice a month, you’ll receive a payout statement detailing every invoice due, and we collect all lien waivers on your behalf.

  • In the KBUILD showroom at 4015 N. St. Peters Pkwy, St. Peters, with the exception of appliances.
