The fun begins in our showroom where you’ll select your favorite hardwood, tiles, cabinets, and all other details that will complete your space! We make every single selection here in our showroom, with the exception of appliances.

What does a KBUILD remodel include?

Design, selections, construction and finish work from one team. You make every selection in our St. Peters showroom except appliances, our own carpenters, electricians and painters do the work, and you get open-book billing with twice-monthly payout statements plus professional progress videos of your project.

As your project moves forward, you’ll work with our friendly staff and talented carpenters, with open-book billing from start to finish. We pass our direct subcontractor and vendor pricing straight to you, with no markups, and charge a flat management fee. Twice a month, you’ll receive a payout statement detailing every invoice due, and we collect all lien waivers on your behalf.

  • Every selection is made in the KBUILD showroom at 4015 N. St. Peters Pkwy, St. Peters, with the exception of appliances.

  • Yes. Countertops and shower glass are fabricated in-house by KFAB, KBUILD's own fabrication shop.
