The journey begins with an incredible exterior remodel that breathes new life into the home. A fresh coat of paint, new siding, and a bold front door with a custom-crafted copper awning sets the stage for what lies within. But it doesn’t stop there. A completely new deck gives this home’s residents the perfect space to sit back and enjoy the outdoors.
The Heart of the Home
Our team transformed this kitchen into a culinary haven. Brand-new cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances give this space a whole new feeling. The gorgeous custom countertops, fabricated in-house by the KBUILD Fabrication team, add a touch of uniqueness. Our team of expert craftsmen took to removing an entire wall and staircase, creating a more open floor plan that allows this home to flow seamlessly.
A Masterful Retreat
The master suite underwent a huge change. A new paint color, new wood flooring, and a beautifully crafted fireplace brightened up this room immensely. What’s the best part, you ask? A dining room completely transformed into an expansive master bathroom and walk-in closet. This master bathroom suite features a very roomy shower stall, and a stunning stand-alone bathtub. Since we now can serve our clients with custom closet systems, we were able to give these homeowners the perfect space for them to organize their wardrobes to their specific needs.
Fire, Bar, and Fitness
This basement is no longer an afterthought. It’s a destination. A new fireplace creates a cozy place for loved ones to gather and take advantage of the reimagined wet bar. The new home gym space provides a perfect place to work towards a healthy lifestyle.
